HHSRC Fall Social and Mandatory Parent Meeting
Please join us for our Annual HHSRC Fall Social and Mandatory Parent Meeting to welcome our new student-athletes and their families to our club. Every year our athletes look forward to this event and it's always a great time for all! It's a great way to make connections and meet fellow parents.
- When: Saturday, September 7th, 2024 11 AM-2 PM
- Where: 1298 W. Flora Street, Lowry Park, Shelter #115
- **shelter 115 is toward the back of the park near the river and boat ramp-just look for our flags!
- Let's Eat! This social is a potluck style picnic so please sign up to bring one of your favorite dishes to share or bring some drinks to refresh our crew.
While we get settled in, fill our bellies, and our kids hang out, there will be a Mandatory Parent Meeting from 11:30-12:30 to present vital information about the upcoming year, including:
- participation policy
- health policy
- SafeSport
- carpools
- regatta day procedures
- fundraising
- volunteer hours
- head of the Hooch.... and more!
Following the meeting we will have plenty of time for Q&A and then will wrap it up with a 50/50 raffle to help fund needed equipment and Head of the Hooch expenses so be sure to bring cash to try your luck!

Training Facility
We train at the Tampa River Center Boathouse in Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park which was completed by the City of Tampa in 2018 and nestled in the heart of downtown Tampa.
We are a 100% parent-run organization. We are always looking for help.
Meetings are the first Tuesday of the month, and are subject to change depending on regatta dates.
